Finally! My chihuahua Baylie

K. Rene

Cozmic Cornz
I had wanted a Chihuahua for a pet since I was in 3rd grade and finally my Freshman year of High School (2004) my Mom got me Baylie when she was 8 weeks old from a friend who bred his female Chihuahua (Betty). While I lived at home I bred her twice and in total she had 6 pups, one of which my Sister kept. The rest I sold to loving homes and was able to get my awesome Nikon D50 camera with the funds I revived for the puppies.

In Sept. 2008 I left for college and had to leave Baylie at home and my mom took care of her. Then this past school year I moved out of my mom's house but still wasn't able to have "pets" in the apartment where I lived. So she has spent the last 2yrs without me.

But we (Boyfriend and I) are now in an apartment that allows pets and this past weekend we went and picked her up. She is so much happier to be here with us. I added her to my signature and here are a few pics :D

Thanks all, some ppl think Chihuahua's are just yappy rats, but Baylie doesn't bark much and because she is a long coat Chi she isn't as nervous and shivery as the naked ones lol She is going to have to get used to Allen though, tall males intimidate her.

Congrats on getting to bring your baby home! She is very pretty. Chihuahuas are great dogs. I don't think I could have stood being away from mine that long.

AWWW That is sooo awesome!!! I couldn't imagine being without mine for 2 days, let alone 2 years!!! She looks so happy to be back with her mommy!!

Yeah it was tough not having her. But I have had the snakes since Dec. 09 so they helped my pet deprivation. Baylie has no interest in them either, but I haven't held one in front of her yet either.

My Bella finds the snakes mildly interesting. And sometimes she gets a little jealous when I hold them.

She is smiling cause she is happy because she is happy to be with her mamma! How adorable!!!
