Not saying it's something I would do, just don't see how this can be any worse than some of the other accepted crosses that happen on a regular basis :shrugs:
What?????? Don't you have more than one?Dreqqus said:As long as people are allowed to own more than one type of snake, people will try to get em to bump uglies just to see what they'll get.
Unfortunate to a point, but hey thats life/

Sorry, by "Real" I meant really small, not genetically real...blckkat said:I might be totally off base here (but I don't believe I am)...But crossing a Burm with a Ball Python wouldn't produce a "REAL" Dwarf Burmese. A Dwarf Burmese would be a Dwarf Burmese, not a Hybrid with another species.
While that might be ideal for some while crossing species the genetics do not always come together as most would think. Take the Liger for example because it has already been braught in this disscustion. The Liger is larger then even the largest tiger, on average they grow to stand 10-12 feets on their hind legs and the largest non-obease liger weights over 1200 lb , much larger then any tiger or lion, so who knows? you could end up with a 37 foot 1000 lb monster! :eek1:CaptBogart said:What??????
