O.K., so I've procrastinated to have a photo shoot for this girl... but she'll only get prettier I think. She looks like two different snakes from the first half to the second half of her body! :dancer:She's as bright of an amel stripe I've seen.

Excellent snake! Do you know if the stripes progress down the body as they mature or does the patterning generally stay the same?

An long, overdue update. She's weighing in at 180g and lookin' prettier than ever.:wavey:

She's so cool...
Oh yea, isn't she though?!?! Thanks!

She's beautiful! Is she het caramel?

99% sure if it were up to me! We'll find out next year for sure. She was a keeper from technically a "50%" het caramel clutch, but she came out of the egg a super light peach whereas most of her siblings (with the exception of a few) looked textbook amel. She has only gotten brighter with age it seems too. I'll pair her up with her father next year who is also a very bright amel stripe het caramel...possibly a cool project and possibly a stepping stone to orange candycane stripes!

My money is on her being definite het carmel. I have seen several amels het carmel that have yellowish tones rather than the typical amel orange. Very pretty girl.
