nice... hows the temprament on those? I kept a few Atrox for a while, but they were a bit nevous for my taste... are yours pretty chill?

That melanistic animal is som'thing else!

I keep (and have kept) a ton of crotes. Although (like anything) you'll run accross a calm/relaxed C. atrox every now and then, most are nervous & flighty. Mine fall into that latter category and are usually very squirmy on a hook.

So...albinos het. for melanistic. What would that produce? Would it even remotely effect the look of an albino atrox to have it also be homo. melanistic?

Gorgeous critters. My friend has a couiple albino, a couple ivory, and an albino scutulatus. I'm on the waiting list for the Albino Mojave babies in about 4 years...

The albino melanistics are much lighter than regular albinos. Attached is a picture taken by Steve Angeli of one... very cool looking.

WOW- albino scutes would be sweet!

Gorgeous snakes Graham! I'd be more than happy to come out and take some shots of the colony for you sometime if you want the help. I have to head out that way every so often anyways to work with a client marketing their house in King Oaks

Wow, those snow babies are incredible. One day. Probably not anytime soon, but one day. Those things are killer looking.

The albino scuts are beautiful, too. Nice and buttery yellow babies. Very pretty...

Beautiful. I haven't found an atrox that's calm yet. They have all been nasty little buggers, but they're gorgeous. The SREL has an albino canebrake which is gorgeous! I'd love to get my hands on that one.....or their hypo cottonmouth....or....
