What a fail of a photoshoot. I took 80 pics in two days, and got two I sort of like...

This is a skeleton I found out in my front yard last year, by the road. I think it's pretty.

Thank you! I haven't decided what to do with it yet. It's quite complete. It will eventually disintegrate if I leave it outside, but I have enough junk in my house. Maybe I'll just keep the skull and a leg or arm bone.

Are we talking about a human skeleton? Whatever it is, whatever you don't want to keep, please send my way!! I'll pay shipping. Seriously.

Boy, you can really see the stripe, I have so much trouble with pink snake pics.
Nice pics as always.
John

(I don't think they'll let you keep a human skeleton if you find one...) Let me think about it! You'd probably get more pleasure out of it than I would- I'll end up just letting it moulder away.

I love the sutures between turtle/tortoise scutes. They're so cool. They're sharp, too! I cut myself pretty good one one once.

It looked like a Florida Cooter back when it still had the carapace coloring. It had no flesh at all when I first discovered it. I let it sit out in the front and get picked by ants for months before picking it up.

Nice Stripe!

I know its very hard to capture snows true colors,I know its a opal but holds true for both morphs.
Great job on the pictures, you always have awesome pictures though....;)

Mingo must be one of those snakes that never sit still long enough to focus on. I have a few of those myself. But when you get a decent photo, it's usually awesome, and Mingo on the blossom is just that!

Thanks you guys! Usually Mingo is one of my most photogenic snakes and I have a hard time narrowing down the pics I want to post! I don't know why I can't get a good picture of her lately...

She looks great, Nanci. The first pic on the white turtle bones really shows up on my computer. Great idea.
