Do you ever worry your snake will bolt while outside in the grass; or even in the house? Great shots; I get nervous about letting ours go loose - after seeing how quickly they move. I keep thinking when they get a bit bigger and closer to full length, then I'll let them roam more.

It's up to the snake I think, and what you and your snake are comfortable with. Ariadne is a very calm snake for her age and size; she always has been. Her movements are also fairly consistent and predictable. On the other hand, I have a kingsnake close to her size who is just too unpredictable in his movements to go outside until he's bigger.

Anyone ever mention that snake looks hypo? Just putting it out there that the edging to the saddles looks "off", but it could just be the pics :) Gorgeous no matter what!

You'd be the first! I know very little about corn snake morphs and genetics and nothing about her genetic background, though I could certainly ask her breeder if I were ever curious.
