#39 They aren't needy. When you walk in the door, they don't jump on you and give you a look that says "oh, pet me, pet me!" LOL ;)

#69 When you come back from vacation they don't sulk for a week like a cat (or at least, like my cat used to!)

#70 You can go on vacation for up to a week and leave them alone - they won't even notice you're gone.

I must say Josh, this disappoints me. I find no fun in watching one live animal eat another that is hurt and scared.

However it IS fun to me to watch a snake eat it's thawed prey. Pretty neat trick if you ask me.
 
If it wasnt so darn exspensive to feed nothing but live/stunned mice I would. I think snakes just really get bord of F/T. To the point that they dont even bother to rap it up anymore. They just get lazy grab it from my hands and start eating.

Some of mine are lazy about it, and some go nuts killing the dead mouse over and over again. I don't think snakes are smart enough to get bored. I think they just know they don't have to work as hard for a good meal. I like thawed because it actually is cheaper for me, easier, I know the snakes wont be getting parasites, or bites, and I don't have to watch cute little things die every Friday night.
