2007 price list

I don't want to pack up $25 orders either, or spend time dealing with the photo queries and "window shoppers" for $25 snakes. Time IS money...

Yeah, I know what you mean...Which is why I think I'm going to hit the local shows heavy BEFORE putting anything up for sale online. I think it's easier to make a sale in person then online...You may not sell a thing at one show, but sell out the next...and it's FUN interacting with other herpers. :)

Well, I THINK I have the 2007 list finished. Some will likely notice some holes in the lineup because of my selling off adults for complete lines I had been working with. Couldn't be helped. I was just getting worn out with the number of animals I was producing, and too much time and resources was being taken up to produce some things that I really didn't need to work with any longer.

Yes, I am doing the pre-hatching sale again this year. I put all the rules and details on the following page

http://www.serpenco.com/specialsale2007.html

All of the info you need SHOULD be in that document.

The sale will run thru July 15th. I figure just over a month should be enough time for most people to learn about it and take advantage of the sale before it expires.

Oh, if anyone spots any typos, or just something stupid I put into those text descriptions, please let me know. I always seem to be rushed doing the price list, so spelling checks and proofreading kind of go right out the window.

BTW, we will only be doing one show this year. And that will be at Daytona Beach in August.

Thanks everyone.

No MARS?

Sorry, but no. The show has changed too much over the years, and is not the same show it used to be. The show has to be better than it has been for us lately to make that 16 hour drive up there worthwhile. And we made that decision BEFORE the drastic increase in gasoline prices was factored in. Gasoline ALONE just to get there and back will be at least $300. Then you have the cost of the tables, motel rooms, and meals, not to mention we have to pack on Tuesday thru Wednesday, drive all day Thursday and half of Friday. Set up on Friday. Do the show Saturday and Sunday. Then drive home all day Monday, getting home Tuesday in the early AM. Then spend all day Tuesday unpacking those animals that didn't sell at the show. So it takes OVER a FULL week out of our lives just to do that show. With all things considered, it's just no longer cost effective to do that show.

I will miss the steamed blue crabs SEVERELY, however.......
