Hey everyone

Since it was a relatively nice day, me and my Mum decided to go for a little hike. We drove for a few miles out into the country (I should say further out in to the country, since we're already there!) And found a great footpath by a village church. This led us into this great forest, and on the way back, I snapped some pictures of some animals from a local farm :)

Thanks for looking and enjoy!

Dave even, Sorry! Talking to a lad called George on the phone aswell and my mind can't cope!

Thanks everyone!

Yes AJ, DAVE... :grin01:

Eriathiel, it was hilarious. I walked into the yard and all of the ducks followed me (about 30), then as I walked over towards the paddock, that group of geese appeared out of nowhere. Then they started yelling at each other and snapping at each others feathers! I just stood out of the way and watched the War of the Birds unfold :grin01:

Nice pics! I wish I had dandelions in my yard- I have so many animals that would eat them.

Thank you both. Nanci, would the residents of Fort Tort be the primary consumers?

SR1234, the US has loads of amazing scenery, which part are you from?

The tortoises would love dandelions, and dragons are supposed to love the greens, although the only greens Isabel loves are hornworms...

Great thread Dave! I saw it earlier but had to leave for an appointment so no time to reply. The ponies were cute and love the geese as well.
It was a great day out here if you like wind, rain, sun freezing cold and blustery weather but your post cheered me up :)

It does, if you know where to look and if you're ready to spend lots of cash on gas to go there. I'm from the east, New Jersey. Next door to us is Pennsylvania which is really pretty, especially Bushkill (I love the name) Falls in the Poconos... I'm going there soon so I'll take some shots.
