Today we visited Chester Zoo for my brothers first birthday, he's one tomorrow!

It was a really fun day! But there was just too much to see! I missed some of it because there was SO much! But from what I could see, it was an amazing zoo! I like to be the one taking the pictures, so here is what I got from my point and shoot camera

And A picture of Franks new tank! He's doing SO well, cool little tortoise!

Yea the retic was a huge attraction, espcially to the old ladys who ran past it saying "ahhhhhh, I cant look" lol.

It's enclosure was very cool, and the snake itself handled being looked at by about 30 people very well, it just sat there..

Great pics, George! Frank would probably like a pile of hay to hide in. (Far from the light!) You can buy packages of hay for rabbits here- do you have anything like that there? He can eat it too!

Great pictures George, it looks like you had a fun day! I haven't been to a zoo since I was about 7, and that was Bristol. I hope your brother has a nice birthday :)

I love the elephant calfs and the Retic!

All the best

David

Thanks for all your replies guys :) :)

Thanks Nanci, I was hoping he would start to burrow in the 50% top soil, 50% play sand mix but there's not signs yet :/
Thanks for the tip, we can get packs of hay here too, so I'll get him some =)

Great pictures George. I'm glad you all had a good time.

I can't believe your brother is 1 already! this year has gone by quickly.

Thanks for sharing.
