Crappy picture, but I don't care...my boyfriend proposed to me today! I thought it only fitting that I take my first picture of my ring, not with him, but with the corn snake we share. I'm so excited..we've been together for nearly 7 years, and finally there's a ring. Whoo hoo save the date for the wedding - sometime in 2014!
 
Congratulations! My friend Payton got engaged today, too. Are the two events related, by any chance? Have I just not been paying attention?? YAY!!

We're waiting until after we get out of graduate school. We can't live in the same city due to different colleges, and we'd be miserable being married and apart.
 
CONGRATS!! Such a pretty ring, cute lil' corn too :D I know what you mean about the college thing, my boyfriend and I aren't sure when well get married either, I would like sooner rather than later, 2012 maybe ;) our schools are about 20mi apart so I just commute to school. I don't mind the drive, but more than that would be much harder.
 
Thanks, everyone! I've always wanted a three stone ring. The bf saved for nearly 6 years, but it's better than I could have dreamed! Hopefully I'll get a better pic later to share.
