I found "Fatal Attraction" stupid((didn't watch the other one)) because it focuses on the people who do it WRONG and ARE demented and insane. I would like to believe that all of us are firmly ON our rockers and don't let dangerous animals roam around freely! Now I'm betting anti-reptile people will look at us and think we let out corns snakes, ball pythons or ANY python run ramped through our houses eating family pets and the faces of small children((or maybe ALL of the body parts of small children)) along with our venomous lizards! Can't forget those! Like everyone else has said AP is....sh** now!....Felt like I had to jump on the band wagon on this one![]()
Thanks - I now have an image of a 35cm corn chowing down on an 11 year old - poor snake would be there for months - and I wouldnt like to be the one to clear up after it ...
Seriously though, there will always be sensationalist crapola spouted on TV - why - because thats what people who are bored out of their tiny minds want to watch...
I've even been known to watch police chase shows when I am bored witless - although to be fair, I spend alot of the time wondering how a bit of judicious engineering of my old humber would make life annoying for the oinkers... (nothing too nasty, just a couple of extra oil tanks and some piping and a few of those nails I have sitting around welded together with the points outward... maybe a parafin tank and vacuum injector for those backroad - dont tailgate me - moments).
Seriously, I got out of my car to tell an old lady that her brake light was out and the police van behind me attempted to run me off the road - They thought I had gone to beat the woman up!?! - I had to threaten them with citizens arrest for dangerous driving before they'd stop hassling me :realhot: all for doing someone a favour *sigh*
Anyways, dragging myself back on track. People dont want to know the facts about things - they love to hear about dangerous snakes and devil worshipping because thats what they expect to hear - they dont want to see a ball python curled up happily over its loving owners shoulders, or even worse a little baby curled up & comfy in a space no bigger than a CD-Disc - or to have it slowly explained to them - with diagrams - what Pagans actually believe - which is mostly respect for nature & life in general...
Human nature... dont'cha just love it?
