Another Snake Rescue!!!!

3CardKnight

Het for awesome...
I'm a department supervisor at Home Depot and last evening I got called to a "situation" outside in the parking lot. Some customer discovered a snake in the parking lot. I get outside just in time to see it crawl under a Pathfinder and up in to the engine compartment. We page for the owner to open the hood and I spend the next 20 minutes enticing it out as it makes a tour of every accessible spot under the hood before finally deciding to meander back onto the asphalt. Finally he/she is put into a box until I make a temporary traveling home for him/her as the county Reptile Rescue is closed until Tuesday. Here's some pics. I'm guessing a bull/gopher snake but honestly have no idea. Let me know what you all think. Enjoy!

P.S. There is a lid w/holes to this contraption as well. :)
Also, he/she is between 3'-4' long. Thanks for looking and your opinions
on what type of snake this is!

Update

Thanks for all the responses! I got home from work today and Miss(?) Bull Snake is doing very well and is extremely alert. I was worried a bit yesterday as (s)he looked dehydrated and I thought she was a bit too docile. She's looking much better and is actually very well behaved, nearly tame in fact. She still has some spunk though, especially when I try taking pictures. Maybe she's worried about the camera adding "10 grams." :eek1: :D
