Smells Like a Rat
I've become extremely interested in the this species... I have really been wanting a python, something with that thicker body and elegant head shape, but I can't really anything much bigger than a corn (and I'm not into the BPs right now). The Antaresia pythons seems perfect, particularly Antaresia maculosa , the spotted python.
My impression is that they are hardy, relatively inexpensive (I gather this from the Fauna boards) and while they can be snappy when young, they settle down fairly well.
I have some questions I could ask, but first I'd rather hear firsthand experience keeping them. Any thoughts?
