To produse a genetically "unusually vibrant animal" you would have to deal with several gene factors. The opposite of a Hypomelanistic (reduction of melanin, black pigment) would be a Hypermelanistic which would be an almost completely black Corn Snake. To achieve an "unusually vibrant animal" you would have to have a selective amount of Hypermelanism, Hypererythrism, and Hyperxanthism. In my opinion this is possably what we already see in the Okeetee phase specimens that are very vibrant.
