"Auratum" Clutch

the hom.bloodred-something has shed again... :bird:
unfortunately the flash kills the nice contrast between the amazing yellow and the very dark brownish colours :nope:
on the pictures with the white background the contrast is pretty good to see...:dancer:

holy crap. I have half a mind to fly to Germany, track you down, and steal your babies!! BEAUTIFUL! Also... I officially sound like a creeper...

While the lateral pattern is about as far as you can get from the diffuse gene, that belly sure makes you think it's a bloodred. One other possibility may be Upper Keys lineage. All those little freckles on the belly is very common in the Upper Keys corns...at least all the ones I have. There is definitely something going on with the over-all color, but identifying it is going to take some time and many breeding trials. And as much as I hate to say it (;)), you can't overlook "buf".

I don't want to steal them. I just want your RECIPE! Lesse, take on dash of bloodred. Got that! Thanks Nanci! Is amel in there? Because I got that too.

I dunno. Maybe breeding my own "auratum" line might be too lofty a goal for a newbie. What do you think?
