Babies from Anery X Anery

The parents are actually going to get here soon, but how will I visually be able to distinct an Anery het Amel/Ultra from an Anery het Hypo?

Breeding trials?

"Ruby eyed Ghosts" have been lurking around in discussions for a lot of years now. If they were unknown to be ultramel anery's, and bred to sibs or even unrelated amels or het amel in tandem with anery a, folks could have unknowingly continued this line of "ghost", dispersing the ultra gene into a larger group of corns than suspected. Plausible jmho.

No expert either, just thinking out loud :)...

Could be, I don't know. I do know I don't regularly see Hypos with red irises...
Ghosts also seem very variable, maybe too variable to make sense...

How do you distinct Ultramel Anery from a Ghost then, if the default is "ghost" because it is just "is"?
