Well I'm a "rack newbie", meaning I've just recently got my first rack. I got it for Christmas from Reptile Basics, a hatchling rack. But so far, I wish I had the money for more.
It's a decent price for what you get, imho. Its well built and holds Iris tubs, which are by far the best on the market. They're clear, roomy, and easy to clean.

A lot of people around here have and highly recommend Animal Plastics, but the hinderence there is expense. They aren't cheap. But I guess you get what you pay for sometimes.

Boaphile Plastics has racks as well, but again, not cheap.

Its such a small market and so many people are willing to pay, the prices are quite a bit higher than normally they would be for the materials and labour.
A lot of people on here build their own out of melamine/wood which may save on the cost if you're experienced enough to do so. So you might look around for plans and ideas.
Make sure to do a search for "rack", you're sure to turn up a BUNCH of results.
