Does anyone know of a reputable breeder of these snakes? Most of the websites I have found that sell milk snakes do not have blacks.

I really haven't even seen as much information about them compared to other subspecies. Are they just not as popular?
 
You can check Faunaclassifieds too. Very occasionally I will see them on there. Really neat snakes, I would love to have one!
 
No! Not even in the same realm. They are the least flighty snake (on average) I have ever worked with, probably. Do NOT feed them live food, though. They are much better snakes when they don't have an insane feeding response.
