Now that is cool. (Literally.)

I'm in the Nashville Tennessee area and statistically we have a 1 in 10 chance of a white Christmas every year. It's been several years since I saw snow on Christmas and unfortunately, they are predicting Sunny and 60's here. (But what do they know? It's still 6 days away.)

Going to high 50's and sunny here in Maine.
Rich, you might remember my postings from the last two winters where it was as low as -24 and snow was up to our roofs!!!!!! We Nor-Easters deserve relief this year ! (Sorry Canada ;) )

I'm so happy to be taking a vacation from the polar vortex this year! It will be in the high 40s and low 50s all next week. Not unheard of here, but still pretty rare.

-22 Celsius in Yellowknife right now, so warmer than usual! It's been pretty mild. We're usually knee deep in the -30s by now.

I live in central Ohio but am originally from the mountains of Northeast GA (why did I move again?). We hit 70 recently in Ohio, and now it is down in the 30s, but is predicted to be in the upper 50s this upcoming week. When I am in GA for Christmas, it is predicted to be 73. I've heard the trend may continue until mid January in Ohio, and I'm not complaining!

I'm in southern Ohio and it was in the 70s last week. What the crap?

I'll be up there for Christmas. Every time we go to El Riacho, I think of you. Want to meet up with me and Rich333 for dinner sometime between Christmas and New Years? I'm sure we'll be there two or three times, at least!!

Me either! I've had my heat on a couple days in November, while I was up in Ohio and MN for Thanksgiving, but have avoided it so far in December. I did have to use AC for less than two hours earlier this week when it was up to 85 in my house and my snake rack alarms were going off...

We got to see snow (and ice) in MN over Thanksgiving- that will do me! I bought a nice fleece for my dog Rose, and some cute Uggs and hats and mittens for me, but it looks like I won't be seeing snow in Ohio for Christmas. Didn't last year, either. The year before- holy cr*p! I had to call in to work in FL because I was stuck in Ohio!!

Don't worry, what we missed in snow last year at Christmas, we paid dearly for in Jan-March. The past two years have been the worst since I've lived in Ohio...I could go without snow for the rest of my life!
