Hey, everyone! I have got school and work nailed down and I am more focused on the important things FINALLY...I have decided to come and post things and be back in the forum. I missed the great advice whenever I needed help, although I didn't stay away to long. In the meantime, I lost my hatchling Clancy and found her again. She is fine, but has a few minor problems such as scratches and cuts =( I've also have been forced to co-inhabit Clancy and Erricca because Clancy's viv has a HUGE hole in the lid (the bulb burnt through the plastic) which is how she escaped. Ugh... snakes.

Also, I have made a new BLOG so that you guys can read my weekly column that I am writing and maybe enter some contests' or contribute idea's =) I have two blogs... one as a companion to the column and one about my everyday life =) I enjoy it! Heres the link: www.waldrepwordonline.blogspot.com

I look forward to becoming a semi-active member of the community yet again, without all the drama =)

I'm sorry you lost him.../QUOTE]

It's okay, she is back now. I found her in our shower drinking the puddles of water. She was missing about 5-7 days. She is a little banged up, but okay. It just stinks that she has to be kept in Erricca's tank for a while. That stresses me almost as much as loosing her did.

Emily, you could always buy a tub from Wal-Mart (a 15L one is only $3.50) and keep one of them in there (burn breathing holes into the tub with a soldering iron), add aspen and a water bowl. It would probably be better for them this way in the long run. If your room temps are decent 78-85 (someone correct me if I'm wrong) your corn should be fine.

Good to see ya back!

Hi Emily, welcome back.
Your deer blind column is pretty good, informative and easy to read.
Is the blog the same topic as your column in the paper? Is the paper on line?

We're keeping our babies in KritterKeepers, they run about $8.00 and are much prettier than the tubs from Walmart (IMHO)! We get them from ZooKeepers, our local reptile place, but you can get them at Petco or Petsmart.
