So many people told me so many different answers....... :eek:

When Does A Corn Snake Stop Growning???? is it after 2 years???

Or Is It Longer???

some people say the never stop growing :eek:

i need to get this answer..... and average size they grow?
 
The average size they grow to is 5 - 6 Foot.
My corn is two years old and 3' 6", he has not eaten since January, I think it is due to the breeding cycle.
A female is a lot smaller than the Male, as far as I know.
 
You will find with most snakes the time frame in which it can take to stop growing can be anywhere between 3 and 6 years. "On average." No one can really give you a percise time frame because cornsnakes growth pattern tends to be depicted on their feeding scedule. Once every 5 days or so usually holds a kinda standard 3 to 6 year average growth. While more frequent feedings lead to a much faster rate but can also land in obesidy and other problems being a snake needs at least 3 days to fully process a meal. The less you feed the less they grow. This is why it is allways vital to keep up with the charts of as a snake grows when the diet size needs to be changed.

They don't stop growing, or they would stop shedding ;) the growth just slows down - a lot.

You will know when your snake's growth has slowed as shedding will become less frequent. For mine, I think it was around the 5 year mark, but then every time he blesses me with his presence he looks bigger to me!

Is there a particular reason you ask, Poshey?

just wanna know how big my corn will grow really like thats all
 
That can't be predicted I'm afraid! It's hard to give any averages as there will always be people who have much larger/smaller snakes.

A usual expectation is 4.5-5 feet long (sorry Stumpy, a 6 foot corn is very rare) and, give or take, anywhere between 700g - 900g. But as I say, this varies a lot.

Corns really don't grow into massive snakes so don't worry, you're not going to wake up one day and find you've got an anaconda where your little worm once was :)
