I ordered from them last week and the coupon code did not work and I wrote that in the comment section of the order and they were nice enough to call me the next day and straighten it out. Got my shipment yesterday and there was a couple extra bags of XSPs. I couldn't be happier with them.

john, i had to email them after my order to get the credit, but they were pleasant about it

ladyq1, maybe you could email them and tell them to add the code to your order and they could make the adjustment
 
Ack just ordered another bulk shipment from mice direct....ah well.... great prices anyway. Sure would like to get a frequent shopper card or something

That happened to me too but I didn't get extra :crying: lol. I also accidently order to many XLg mice and they refunded me that too.
 
Email...oopsies, I probably even HAD it before my order too then...I tend to forget to check, LOL
