Yea they have future homes along the same lines here. except I do want a few to start a new colony.
They are food first and foremost. Sometimes it can be harder to feed one off if it's cute though...

they are lovely, I had some lovely coloured mice but ended up feeding off the mums as they were not very good the mum only had about 4 pinks a litter and then kept one of her daughters and she was no good either really small babies they were born the same time as my other mice gave birth and the difference in the size of the babies when they got to fuzies was unbelieveable.
Have kept the lovely black and white male and now put him in with 3 other girls from a new litter and one is already getting fat, her mum usually has about 12-15 a litter so lets hope she is better.

I find it easier if they're cute. Because the cute ones BITE when they're bigger. So, I just take that to mean that the cute little ones will wind up being biters. It's very easy for me to get rid of small, furry, adorable rodents.
