I know these things have been covered ad nauseum, but I have a question.
I understand that a Thermostat cuts the power once the sensor senses the desired temperature cutoff.
Now, the Dimmer...
Does this just limit the power output to the heating device, be it a UTH or Flexwatt, so that it only reaches a certain desired temperature?
Is one better/safer/more desirable over the other?
