Well, I wasn't sure what I thought about him at first...then I saw the third to last picture (with the mimosa)....Holy crap!! Yet another pretty pinky-purply worm. And what cool orange highlights!!!!

I've never seen anything like that, Nanci. Seriously. "Thistle" purple/lavender is a beautiful color.

There was never any doubt, but you have the most exotic living-room corn snake collection of anyone I know.
 
Simply gorgeous! I just hope he didn't get all sunburned! ;) Capturing the color correctly of opals and snows is tricky at best. As often as I've tried, I find overcast days or in the shade to work the best. When the sun is low in the sky also works well with opals. You'll like the effect!
 
Thanks you guys! Susan, I'll try your suggestions! I can't wait to get him out again, and since he's a 2008, he isn't so tiny and fragile.
