DIY Artificial Burrow For Lizard

Here's a simple fake burrow. You need a Rubbermaid box, $3.86:

A Flexible Drain Connector, $1.92:

Trace the drain connector onto the Rubbermaid, and cut with a paring knife. Pop the drain connector through the hole past its stops.

Fill the container with peat or other clean, non-fertilized soil, dampen, close the lid.

Conceal in the viv as best you can! At least the top will provide a clean feeding area!

yes they do I would have to go with industrial size with him hahaha .... he LOVES to dig. maybe in the spring when we move him to the 200 gallon I'll see what I can find.

The company I work for sells flexible drain tubing that you bury. It comes in 4" up to very large(I think we have 2') in increments of 2".
