A Flexible Drain Connector, $1.92:

Trace the drain connector onto the Rubbermaid, and cut with a paring knife. Pop the drain connector through the hole past its stops.

Fill the container with peat or other clean, non-fertilized soil, dampen, close the lid.

yes they do I would have to go with industrial size with him hahaha .... he LOVES to dig. maybe in the spring when we move him to the 200 gallon I'll see what I can find.
 
They make pretty big plumbing fixtures...I wonder what the smallest culvert is??

The company I work for sells flexible drain tubing that you bury. It comes in 4" up to very large(I think we have 2') in increments of 2".

Here it is, disguised. Ok, so it looks like he lives in an oasis, not a desert. At least the Rubbermaid box doesn't stand out so much...
