well last nite i visited bachelors grove cemetery here by me. supposed to be a haunted cemetery... now i normally dont believe in ghosts since ouija boards dont work for me so i consider it a joke. i always moved the things when my friends would use them.. i digress.. but i went to bachelors grove cemetery its deep in a forrest next to a street and a pretty busy street. after evading the cops and finally getting in i was in hopes of seeing ghosts or the phantom farm house people see or something.. but nothing.. i didnt see anything.. nothing paranormal... im trying to see the deal of what people exactly see or feel when the are around stuff that is in the paranormal... not me.. my friends were feeling things watching them but i didnt... now i have felt that before but not last nite...

do you believe in ghosts or the paranormal and if you do care to share your experience with me?? i wouuld like something paranormal to happen to me since i am very intrigued by it...

I suppose I would consider myself a skeptic who wants to believe. Though I think 99% of most peoples ghost stories and feelings can generally be debunked. The paranormal intrigues me greatly. I always get feelings of being watched/followed...but I also have an overactive imagination that is to blame.

You need to bring the Ghost Radar app to the cemetery, I wonder if it would do anything. http://www.spudpickles.com/GhostRadar

yea i will try the app. sarah1228 go its really worth it even during the day its a trip in itself and its very nice to see and see all the old graves and to walk around.

zoologygirl- i am a skeptic too. i believe its all in someones mind.. our bodies produce electricity that maybe be picked up through an emp meter our minds play tricks on us. it tells what what we see and what we here and sometimes it creates it own tricks and puts things inside of itself without our concious knowing.. i beleieve people think bout it soo much and truely make them selves believe to the point where their minds start playing tricks on them and telling them something is there when it isnt..

truelly nothing exists.. its all our minds that make everything what it is. your eyes and ears dont tell you what you see and hear its all in your head.. and the mind is a very complex muscle inside the body. no one can truely say they have total control over there mind because they dont. there are parts on your mind that only your mind itself can control. shall i say your guilt is one. all of what we feel , see , hear , touch, smell, taste, and our emotions are made up by our brainds and the concious inside the brain.

that is why i think its stuff people's minds have made up.

good lol i tried going at night but my girlfriend got to the path at the entrance and its a bit of a walk and it would be creepy in the dark but she backed out and wouldnt go.. so im gonna go this weekend at night alone or with my buddy.. i really wanna go at night

well i plan on going more during the day and more at night. even though at night i have to evade the cops so i park in the subdivision and walk through the forest down a trail that eventually runs into the path.. i cant wait to go there at night. although i gotta do it before october.. halloween month means cops patrol that area heavily at night

just got back from going tonight... it was a little creepy the only thing that happened was on our way out a deer jumped out at us which scared the daylights out of the females i was with and me and the guys were tryin to see what it was but the girls pushed us down and ran lol i cant say what it was because i thought deer dont have hooves??? so i dont know what it was exactly... plus the whole time we were there the sounds of ritual drums were being played in the background of the forest... it didnt stop and went from left to right.... then the drums stopped and the deer or whatever jumped out.. a lil weird huh?

yea if you wanan say that lol

my guess was it was either a deer. or the horse that drowned in the lagoon we heard the hooves of it walking.

Well I'm sure there's a big difference between a deer stomping by & a horse. Normally deer don't run towards ppl, they run away from then. Unless it was possessed??? We may never know...

true lol but i thought deer dont have hooves i could be wrong but i dont know. sounded more like a horse galloping than a deer jumping.. plus before we heard it there was no leaves rustling or anything dead silence...

The closest thing I've come to experiencing something truly "paranormal" was actually at the cat-only veterinary hospital where I work.

This was many many years ago when I was still only a kennel attendant. We had a tuxedo cat boarding with us named The Sly, an absolute sweetheart, who had a very nasty form of bone cancer that was freezing up all the joints in his legs so he could barely stand up. We had him in the Doctors' office so he had more space (uncoordinated) and we could make him a big comfy bed. I was in our boarding area, sanitising the cage of a boarder who had just gone home. As I was cleaning, out of the corner of my eye I saw some black cat legs with white toes. As we had a tuxedo hospital cat at the time, I thought nothing of this and sat back so she could pass me. Something seemed a little strange though. I watched the 'cat' walk in front of me and then turn the corner... and right as it was going around the corner I realised what was odd. I was seeing only cat *legs*... no body included. I leaned over a bit so I could continue watching, and the legs walked towards the back door, then faded. Probably lasted a good 6 seconds (count it, it's longer than it seems) of me staring directly at this.

I was more than a little creeped out, but continued with my work for another half hour. At that point, once I was done, I went to go check on The Sly because he was a favorite of mine. As I went into the office, I noticed all his stuff was gone... and one of the techs said "yeah... He died. :/ We found him dead about half an hour ago...."

I was wide awake, not sleepy at all. I wasn't hungry. I hadn't been using any noxious chemicals known for creating neurologic disturbances. Looking over it, I can find no obvious causes for me to have hallucinated. Whether it really was a hallucination (logically most likely) or The Sly stretching his now-working spirit legs, I don't know. I personally prefer the latter. It's a little more heart-warming.

Wow...that's nuts! I've had a few experiences. The latest...

I was working the midnight shift at my job. I'm a security officer. Anyways it was 4 am and I was just about to go off site to pick up lunch. As I'm walking towards the parking lot, no one in site except for a few cars from the housekeeping staff. In a low, grumbled, manms voice I hear clear as day "help me." It sounded like someone was right next to me on my right side.

I stopped dead in my tracks, I felt my skin color drain & I turned pale. My heart was pounding. I thought some crazy homeless person (which frequented the building quite often) was about to jump out and slit my throat. So I got in a defensive position and looked to my right, nothing. Pulled my flash light out looked aroundm nothing. No one in site. I walked 20 feet over to a small area of bushes to see if anyone was hiding, but there was no one around.

I'm telling the voice was so clear, & pretty loud like the person was right next to me. I wasn't tired or anything. I was use to being up this late at night.

Crazy times...I've heard my building has a lot of crazy paranormal activity. I believe it now!

I lived in an apartment....

with a roomie and we see a child walk out of his room and walk into the bathroom on a regular basis. A woman I "was" dating went into the bathroom and the kid was sitting on the floor. She peed her pants and never saw me again.
