Do you like American Football?

I really can't get into pre-season any more. I used to be so gung ho when my teams would do really great during pre-season and then CHUNK IT during the regular season. So, while I'm interested, I don't get too excited (or not if they do poorly).

Same here. It's just practice till opening day. Win while it counts.

I'm just syked to see any NFL action, no so much to see if my team does well in the pre-season. The lions went undefeated in last years preseason, and you know the rest, so it clearly holds little weight.
I just like having a sport that I can watch on TV, so it's refreshing for me. Plus I like seeing how some of the rookies and backups play, that does hold some value to the regular season.

Y'all may as well forget about signing up. I already did. I win . . . again. :dgrin:

Ah, but I didn't play last year!. Once the NFL season starts it's on, and I'm hoping to put up a challenge to all the vet's on this site. I already have a few golden rules to go by, and I'm aiming for a win percentage around 75%. Who knows if that will happen, but I'm going to follow teams like crazy, and hopefully that works out in my favor. BTW, does this league end after the regular season or the Super Bowl?.

It ended with the Regular Season last year. I'm assuming the same again.
Thanks!. Probably better that way anyway. I'd be tempted to pick teams I like in the playoffs, instead of the team I thought had the best chance to win. Wouldn't be the first time I've done that!.

That should be good enough to getcha right around 6th place, or so. Not a bad idea to shoot low your first year. :nyah:

lol

I really don't know what my percent was last year, but it was good enough for 2nd.. Hey, does anyone remember who won last year?? (/\ /\)

Your right, put me down for 100%. I'm going to watch "NFL Total Access" every night, and I won't sleep til I get at least in the top 5. I've suffered through another dreadfully boring "baseball summer", so I'm going to make the best of the NFL season. Time to check the IR and prep for the depth charts - daddy needs some new shoes!.
