22 is not enough snakes
I haven't had anything shipped to me in awhile. What's a ballpark cost for shipping a snake through Fedex?
 
that's what I figured. We can't ship for awhile yet with the weather the way it is but I've been telling people $50 so I figured I should double check that. I had a feeling when I paid $85 in shipping for two corns awhile back that I was getting screwed.
 
The box size controls the cost more than the weight, although I don't know the secret formula. I just tell people $40 Hold at FedEx (which is the only way I ship) and suck up the extra $20-25...My cost is probably $55-70 depending on if I use the 6x9x12 or the bigger box. I don't like the little square box.
 
The box size as well as the distance will affect the shipping costs. I've shipped a few packages to Oregon from Florida and that ran a bit more than average, and prices have gone up since then.
