Ok so i've had Corny almost 9 months and Delilah for about 4 months. Never had a bite or even aggression.
So night before vacation, i'm feeding them in their separate feeding tubs. Corny's lid isnt quite on after dropping the mouse in and Delilah's lid is off as she's about to get her mouse and she starts to slither out and towards the opening on Corny's box. An idiotic move on my part, i reached out towards D's head to move her back into her box and BAM she striked at my finger. Left 2 little punctures and me in shock. I guess i can say i'm glad i got the first one out of the way because i pictured it being WAYY worse than it was. And i learned my lesson and know it was my fault for handling her in the feed box. She only gets food there so thats how she associates it.
Finger healed
