Flicking your tongue like a snake is bad

Snakes flick their tongues. Its interesting. So I thought I would do it back to her as if we were talking. I thought I was just having a nice conversation with my Sindri and all of a sudden she strikes at my tongue!! Lol I was like HOLY SH**! It was hilarious and I will never do it again xD

lol I do that to my corn sometimes and he's never struck out at me..
although I will add that as he's gotten bigger I don't do it as often as I did.. lol

I remember reading a story of a guy flicking his tongue at a kingsnake he'd caught -that of course bit his tongue. Turned out to be a coral snake. I don't know the veracity of the story, but I never forgot it.
