I have been looking for a male young green burmese python and had no luck till tonight. He will be here Friday morning! That's cutting it close lol. I am so excited, I had a 10ft one that I took care of for 3 years and I adored that snake and I always wanted another one but I wanted to wait a bit till this stupid ban sped up my plans.

Here are pictures of him that I was sent.

I am glad you were able to get him before the ban took place... Luckily one of the petstores in town has a pair of burms that they decided not to sell so that they could breed them in a couple of years, and become one of the suppliers for NM... I hope to have a burm one day.
 
I'm gonna have to stop by and get a good look a this guy Katie!!!

He arrived safe and sound and is goregous! He got out of his bag while shipping and struck at me once when I picked him up but he was fine after that. He was born 6/2011.

Yeah- I don't want to hear about how hard it is to get into my bags when I ship...They get a knot AND tied with string.
 
Seems like crossing my fingers worked for you. Congrats on getting him right in time :) he looks great and will be kick ass ones hes full grown

Lol I didn't notice the heart till you mentioned it.

I don't think his bag was tied or knotted at all. It kind of looked like the bag and him were put in the box separately, but the box was very secure so he wouldn't have been able to get out thankfully.

Thanks, I had given up till I got a message at 11:30pm on the 22nd. I can't wait till he gets bigger I love big snakes.
