It's been on the news here the whole 3 weeks.
The owner is unemployed by the way, so the city will have to pay all the money temporarily.

I didn't understand why they had to gut the wohle flat, instead of just leaving entrapments. Like they could find that poor little worm.
 
That could have ended terribly. I am sorry, but the keeper deserves every single euro of that fine... I would not want to be exposed to threats because one of my neighbors wanted to raise/do something dangerous.
