Today i went with a buddy to the Canadian Reptile Breeders Expo in Mississauga Ontario and I found an awesome steal!
I saw them at a couple other booths and they were like $240-$260, well i found my Brazilian Rainbow Boa Female and her price tag was $140!
I had to get her it wasn't really an option with that price. She's calmer (not when the guy probed her) then i initially figured she would be since working at the pet store i used too the rainbow boas usually were a little more... agitated i guess you could say.
This is my first boa and i only plan on getting one other kind of boa (suri :D)

I'm a little stumped on a name, Medusa comes to mind but i think theres another name out there that fits better.

Oh my gosh, she's adorable! That little girl is gonna be a looker, that's for sure. I love her "eye" stripes and how they squiggle. Marius' (my male BRB) has darker, more pronounced "eye" stripes, but your girls' stripeys are so cute! Here are some names I'd suggest:

Prizm
Mystique
Maia
Esme (I know it's Twilight-ish, but I love the name...)
Serendipity

I've considered getting one but their humidity requirements would be tough for me to meet. Cute little gal for sure.
 
I'm been considering A couple names. One of the shows i watch "Lost Girl" featuring the sexy Anna Silk, her character "Bo" or her sidekick "Kenzi" Those names aren't that bad. But still thinking.

MegF. Yes prices up here are quite a bit more unfortunately and sucks.

I've got her in a rack with a finer cypress mulch/coco fiber mix as bedding, the coco fiber holds moisture quite well. She's got a humid hide too with moss.
Eventually I'll end up building a big 6' or 8' long x2'x2' enclosure for her.
 
Cute! I'm in the same boat as HeavenHell. I LOVE the rainbows, but I think I'll stick with my dear Dastan the BCI. You sure picked out a beautiful one! Congrats and keep us updated!!

She is absolutely precious and adorable! I love her coloring and they're SO cute when they're that little.
