Heat Tape Question

Pruddock

Gig 'Em Ags!! Whoop!!
I'm finally moving to Racks because of my new apartment complex. I've designed the rack I want to make, and I am trying to decide how much heat tape to use. The space is 33"x27.75" and I am thinking I'm probably going to use two strips of 11" Flexwatt that are both 2' long. Does that sound like a proper amount of heating. The set up is two columns of 4 bins, so the two pieces of Flexwatt will run right down the back side of both columns of bins.
