Hello!

I am a recent transplant from Georgia. One of the first things I did since leaving was get a corn snake! :p Her name is Maize (original, I know), and not even two weeks after getting her she laid me a clutch of 13 eggs - 5 fertile and 8 slugs. Today is day 51, so I am getting antsy for them to hatch!

While I only have one corn snake (soon to be 6, I suppose), I work with a small menagerie of reptiles. Mainly, I work with ball pythons - but I also work with leopard geckos, crested geckos, and have a blue tongue skink and bearded dragon.

Enough of me blabbering, here's some pics of Maize and a few others!

Thank you! I'm originally from Seattle but I've transplanted all over the states, while my fiance is an Indiana native!

I have no idea who the sire of the clutch is, I honestly didn't even have an inkling she was gravid. Maybe something neat will pop out :D.

I LOVE the picture of Maize with the mouse!
I'm also jealous of your pied ball.. haha

Welcome! Hope you enjoy the Forum :)
You have some gorgeous animals, and awesome pictures as well.
An ex of mine moved to Indiana.. Just thought i'd throw that out there.. Haha.

There is a really good chance, I think, that she could have something neat. She could have some awesome hets, either way there is chance to have amel, anery, snow, or more pretty classics. It will be interesting for sure, so post pictures when they start to pip!

That's what I'm hoping! I'd love to have some morphs but honestly I will overjoyed just for some strong hatchlings. I'm getting sooo anxious.

I love the action shots!!
Thanks!

Hello, I'm in Indiana as well. What area of the state? I'm in Bloomington.
I'm in south Indianapolis, will you be going to the show on Sunday? :D And thank you for the compliments!

lovely reptiles! you take some awesome photos! i'll be excited to hear what kind of little ones pop out of those eggs ;) I have a corn snake, my husband is getting a ball python within a month, and I've always wanted a bearded dragon so I was thrilled to open this thread and see your photos! hahaha

Hi Kasey, I'm Theresa and I live in Indy too, up on the NW side. I wasn't planning to go to the show because I don't NEED anything, but if a bunch of folks are going, it would be fun to meet up. Wonder if the twins would want to go?

Thank you! Beardies and balls are both a lot of fun, enjoy them!!

Hi Theresa! Nice to see another local! I don't know who else may be going, especially since I'm pretty new here and don't know anyone. I'm picking up a het pied male for my girlie and some supplies at the show.

Yr welcome. I couldn't make it to the show on Sunday, I work sundays. :( so don't know if I'll get a chance to go this year. I've only gone to one show in Indy a couple of years ago with my boyfriend. He bought me a baby Silver Queen Ghost corn, which I named kasper. He's the daddy of the babies that I have now. Rose is the mommy -she is a normal. I've got 16 babies left out of 19 that hatched. One died, one was sold and 1 escaped the other night when cleaning the containers out. If interested in a baby, let me know. I need to find homes for most of these babies I have. Asking 20.00/each.
