Hello. I am new to this forum and corn snakes! :)

I am using Neosporin on it. Without pain reliever :) Do you think she will scar or will her scales come back after a few sheds??? I dont mind either way. I am just curious. I still love her and Scars add character :p

With a skin injury that serious, it will probably leave a pretty good scar.

Someone told me that Precious looks albino... is that far off??? LOL So confusing.

"Albino" is a term we tend to avoid, as it has different meanings for Corns. It can be used in the "lacking black" sense, in which case you'll get a largely red/pink/orange Corn (Amel or Amelanistic) or in the "lacking black and red" sense, in which case you'll get a largely white Corn, sometimes with pale shades of yellow or pink developing as they get older (Snow).

Your Corn doesn't fit either of those descriptions. He's definitely not a Snow and I'd say he has far too much brown/buff to be an Amel.

I am still learning. Thats why I joined this forum and why I asked. It made no sense to me and I knew it was not correct. :) thank you!

Welcome to the forum!

It is so lucky for your lIttle one that you found her. That is definitely someone's escaped pet.

I also agree that it is a hypo.

The container with water works wonders for stuck sheds.
Don't get too worried about the not being able to eat. She doesn't look too skinny, so she will be fine for the moment.

I bet she could get a split pinky down just fine. If she can't, tube feeding is another option.
Yet, she could probably go a month without food fairly easily.

She is beautiful.

I found a vet that will do an exam for $49 and check for parasites for $29... sound like reasonable price? I will be taking her this weekend.

I held Precious today and she is feeling stronger and looks like she is putting on some weight! Although she has not eaten yet she is looking a lot healthier than when I found her. I tried feeding her half of a pinkie but was not interested in it. I will try again in a couple of days.
