Help with Caramel vs Classic, Motley & Tessera?

The first Caramel Tessera, MxR51415-3, has shed and eaten it's first meal today. I am now very sure it's a Caramel. It's dorsal stripe is now an almost neon light lemon yellow color. The camera couldn't quite catch the colors unfortunately.

I was snooping around John (Zorro)'s old threads yesterday (because who doesn't want some eye candy every once in awhile!!) and I found something that just may help you.

Here's a picture from a thread he posted back in 2012 of a Caramel Stripe Tessera.
I am not going to reveal who it was until they post the clutch but this was the first one out. I'll give you a hint there is tessera in this somewhere. This guy turned and bit me as I was trying to take this photo which should give Nate a clue that this is a Colorado Snake.
Thanks
John

Here's a thread by Gelshark, the "mysterious friend" who hatched this beauty. The images in this thread are rather large, but they do show a few Caramel Tesseras that bear a STRIKING resemblance to your babies.

And here's one last one showing the difference between Tessera, Caramel Tessera, and Tessera het Caramel.

Thanks Jessica! Actually, Max (the sire to these) is from a breeding loan between gelshark and Nate. Lars (gelshark) sent me links to those threads a few days ago.

MxR51510-4 shed and ate today. Did not want to cooperate with pictures! I think this one is going to have some especially fine colors as an adult.

:grin01: Of Course! lol
I was trying to find something in one of John's threads and when I came across that one I thought it too much of a coincidence!

We were out of town for 2 days and while we were gone, #5, #6, #7 and #8 all shed. Offered them their first meals last night and all of them ate. So we are 8 for 8 on eating so far.
They did not want to cooperate with pictures, except for #6 who wasn't bad.
MxR51515-6, Caramel and the one with the craziest pattern.
