HoggXColombians- Sunfires

Kokopelli

Resident Boa Fanatic
Hey people...

I don't know how many of you I told about this ... but I will give a short version to this tale.
On 2008 I met up with Alon, who is the owner of BK Reptiles(Israel). We became friends and I picked up several Boas from him. The Sire of them all is from D&M Breeders who are the ones who established the Sunset morph in BCI's.
As the definition for the term Sunset became loose, and as some truly out of the ordinary Boas were produced here, we decided to branch out and establish a new name for our line- Sunfire. The reason mainly being that we felt it was irresponsible to keep selling snakes as Sunsets with the term changing all the time... and... well, some of these animals look very different than most Sunsets.

So, after I babbled lots...

Here are 1.1 HoggXColombian het for Khal Albino, Sunfire Line:

Maple:

and Ivy:

You'll notice that their belly is pink/orange, so are their sides and cheeks... quite interesting for "normals".

And next are 1.2 HoggXColombian Salmon het Khal Albino, Sunfire Line:

Lotus:

Thanks for peeking :)

Oren.

I haven't been online very much today, Oren... Otherwise I would have posted sooner!

They're all lovely snakes. I'm just wondering if the first two (Maple & Ivy) are supposed to develop colors like the last three (Lotus, Venus & Phoenix)? I know NOTHING about these guys except that they're gorgeous and a friend in Israel likes them a lot! :)

I do like the pink scales on Maple and Ivy... very kewl. But, you posted the best pics last. Lotus, Venus and Phoenix are so VERY pretty. I NEVER see guys like these around here (although Catherine has some pretty snakes - just don't remember what kind they are!).

Just for information, I'm gonna send you a PM.

Thanks for sharing these pics!!!

LOL. I got it and I replied too! Thanks for the information!

And I can't rep you again... gotta spread it around first. :)

Looks like it was a great breeding project to work on and they all look absolutely incredible. The reddish color developing in Phoenix and Lotus is just intense, especially Phoenix, and their tails are so cool too. They most likely get too big for me to take on personally, but if they stayed that size than they would be in my top 5 for sure. Great pictures, and thanks for posting Oren!!.
