afterthought;

he was from a anery we dont know the father, how do you get okeetees?

i assume you would be able to identify better then me. i just assumed he was a normal... LOL

If he's not part of an Okeetee locality bloodline he's a normal with nice okeetee markings (thick black borders, vivid orange and red coloration)
