Those are amazing. I've always been a big fan of the tangerine hypos, but I hadn't seen enough anerys to form an opinion. Based on your photos, I'd have to say that my opinion is: I need one!

They are beautiful! I haven't seen a Hondo morph I didn't like. I had a Ghost project going myself, but I got overwhelmed with too many projects and decided to focus on corns. I'm sure you don't see them as much because if #1. The price tag. #2. When they bite they don't let go. :eek1: #3. Worst musk and poo flingers I ever met.
When handling the female, it was routine to hold her with one hand on her neck close to her head, and one hand right above the vent to provent her from biting and flinging musk/poo. We would hold her like that above her container until she was "empty" then could proceed to hold her.
On the other hand, they are some of the most beautiful snakes out there IMO.

WOW of the tri colour snakes, I just love the hondurans and grey band king snakes.
They are super, me likey very much lol.
Gotta get me an anery grey band and a hypo one hehe. :grin01:
:wavey:

Beautiful.
Our honduran has not tried to bite or musk us....yet. He is a giant beast so I hope he stays nice and sweet like he is now.
The anery is awesome.

Luckly these two have made no attempt to bite or to musk; they are however extremely flighty making it hard to get good pictures.

Very nice pair - the hypo looks great and the anery is nice too - some ghosts in the future!! Ghosts are my favorites - I have 2 males now and should produce my first ghost babies next year - can hardly wait to see those little pink noses!!

Congrats on your new pair,

mary v.

WOW, that Anery is so beautiful!

My little guy (a Vanishing Hypo) doesn't really musk badly or fling poo, but I usually don't handle him long enough to really experience any poo flingage. I'm trying to work my way up, handling him for small amounts of time more often. He's kinda scary though!

His beauty makes up for it, I just hope I'm able to feel a bit more comfortable around him, especially when he gets bigger. Do Hondurans calm down a bit when they mature or get even more aggressive?

I think as long as theyre handled they at least stay the same; I have seen plenty of nice hondos.

From where did you get the Anery and if you dont mind me asking, how much was he???

They are freakin BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!

I love anery hondurans as well. I have two tangerine hondurans which are very nice, and I would love to get some anerys sometime or another. Beautiful snakes!
