How Was Your Day?

Got up, made breakfast and coffee, packed lunches, unloaded the dishwasher, went to work.

Work was okay. Got chided by the boss to "write nicer emails" (meh), but that was cool. Talked to users, fixed their computering problems.

Went out to lunch with a buddy for SOOOOSHI!!! Always makes Mondays bettererer. :grin01:

Left work at 4pm. Stopped at Starbucks to buy a travel coffee mug (discounted ones sold out - damn!), bought a tall chai latte to console myself. Stopped at Salvation Army to drop off clothes - closed on Monday. Oh well, try again tomorrow. Picked up a script at the pharmacy (I love my pharmacy - yay!). Stopped at two grocery stores trying to find the No Sugar Added Carnation Instant Breakfast in Vanilla - meh, can't find any. Will have to call Nestle customer service tomorrow. Browsed in Barnes & Noble as a friend told me they had discounted board games for $1 - mostly sold out as they only had travel poker, magnetic pokeman and some mystery puzzle game (as in..puzzle pieces) - pass. Bought a new baking sheet and turkey baster at Bed Bath and Beyond as my old ones were dead. And then checked the last grocery store in town I hadn't checked yet for the Breakfast thingy - survey says "NNNRRGH!". Home at 5:45p.

Kissed the hubby, misted Lourdes and Carmen who are in shed, petted the kitty, read the new issue of Reptiles, watched hubby play Madden 06 for a bit, cleaned out mice cages, euth'ed the rest of the babies I'm not keeping and popped'em in the freezer.

Next...dinner...hmm...I'm thinking leftovers. /nod

What does sex have to do with No Regrets???

Well, its mainly about STDs and teen pregnancy. They are just telling us that it will ruin your life and you might die from it. Of course they have to start it out with "PLEASURE" :puke01: :grin01:

They only had two STDs when I was a kid- and I think my first sex education class was taught with a film strip...

Well it's 7:30am and I've been home from work for an hour. Work was alright except my fabric cutting partner got us WAY behind while I was in a meeting for an hour. Man I HATE playing catchup because of my partner. Oh well, such is life in the big ol' factory rat world...lol

Right now I'm going to spend the next hour handling the snakes since they were fed on saturday and I can hold them again. Then it's off to bed!.. Have a good one everybody!

That sounds exciting!

I had a good day today. My aquarium cabinet came! Yay! I've had my fish tank on a hodgepodge of old surfaces for the last six months, but now I've got a matching brand new fishy cabinet!!! Woohoo!

I'm also due to feed the snakes tonight...

Yep, thats what they said. Now there is like 25 known ones. And the worst part of the "class" is that they showed us pictures of herpies and other STD's. :puke01:

Today was a good day, its my moms birthday, but my dad is out of town. We are going out to dinner with some friends to have dinner.
MMMMM... Do I smell Mexican Food. :)

Well, how was my day?

Got up WAY too early (that is 7:00 :grin01: ), and went to school. I love tuesdays cause I have a trple free right before lunch. Suffered through spanish, english, and laghed through math (which my dad teaches. It really is pretty fun). After that I came home for my triple free and looked at snakes. That was the best part. Double sculpure after lunch. What a great class. Almost done with the clay project. It's an eyelash viper eye (surprise surprise) and it turned out great!! Went outside for a snowball fight in the middle of clss. Yes, we do have the nicest teacher ever.

Now that the best part of my day is over (I know school's normally the WORST) I'm waiting for the dreaded tuesday chapel. Jacket and tie required. After that is sit down dinner. We've got asigned seats on tuesday, and the food is horrible as usual.

My day hasn't actually been that bad, especially since I've got almost no homework. And Aurora gets fed tonight.

Well...I woke up around 2pm today (since I need to do an overnight tonight...blah!)...Had something to eat...took out my snake...she pooped on me...lol..checked my e-mail..looked around for a thermostat for her but I might just stick with the rheostat...put her back...just got ready for work and I have to leave in like 10 minutes..(P.S. I"m a security gaurd at a mall)...the highlight of my night at my job is going to be getting to the pet shop before closing to check up on a ball python I've been admiring for a while..poor thing is living in horrible conditions in that store...bad bedding, only one small climbing stem..a water bowl...that never has water in it...poor thing...but I can't afford another snake or I would rescue him..well that's been my day so far..I hope tomorrow goes better... :grin01:

Put six year old to bed.

My days are pretty much the same. It's getting old.. maybe I should spice things up a bit.

I got up at 11am today, let the dogs out and had oatmeal. Watched TV for an hour, took a shower and got ready for work. Went to work. Came home. Went out for Chinese. Came home. Now I'm sitting here wishing I had more snakes.

:sobstory:

Thanks guys!! had a great day today at school, mums overdue this baby!! : ( i want it too come sooner lol!!

Found out my mate fell down the stairs, he already had 1 broken leg, and now hes broke the other and done really bad damage to his spine "broke i think" his wife was told he might not make it through the night, just waiting for her to get back to me, i really hope he is okay :/

George, babies are hardly ever born on the exact due date. Usually they can be born from two weeks early to one week late without causing worry.

Hope your friend is ok- it'd be pretty hard to die from falling down stairs unless he had a severe brain injury.

Nanci

PS, will it be a brother or sister, or is it still a surprise?
