Are the parents both homo Hypo? It's difficult to say just based on this one pic whether this one looks Hypo or not... But could be. :)

The parentts they are het hyposunblood.
 
I don't know if its first shed will be tell tale or not, but Hypo sheds have less melanin on them than normal snake's sheds do.

Hopefully you will know soon based on the melanin of it's shed weather or not it is Hypo!!
 
Tough call, but from what Rich said about how hypo and Sunkissed mixed, and from the one hypo Sunkissed I have hatched, I currently would lean towards not hypo. While absolutely gorgeous, it just doesn't have the brightness I would expect in a hypo Sunkissed.
