I got crested EGGS!!

Finally! Nothing in this house seems to want to give me any eggs this year. But today I found these little beauties in one of the crested cages. They are actually pretty good size too. I'll candle them in a couple of days and see if they are fertile or not. *keeping fingers crossed*

I'm just happy to have some sort of eggs to incubate. LOL

Mom is Belle 1st pic and daddy is Blaze 2nd pic.

LOL That's what I was thinking. Maybe she did half the incubating for me.

Thank you! Looking for the cheerio makes me nervous. Always worry it wont be there. Then when I see it I get twice as happy. LOL

Just so you know, if it goes over two months, you may need to slit the egg surface. Sometimes crestie eggs are too thick for the baby to cut through. We had to slit our first egg. (A breeder at MARS reccomended this to us, and when we went home, we took the chance- out popped little Arrow!!)
