I need a pep talk

LOL! Well it's true. If you put two females together, though some things may "happen," no unwanted offspring are produced. And I know this from personal experience, I'm not just parroting what I've been told. :grin01:
OK, my turn......

:roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao:

(Besides, talk is cheap.) ;)

No one attacked her from what I read. People tried to advise her on the best way to care for her snakes. She didn't want to listen. She came here for support and advice, and didn't like the answers she got. She was insistent on doing things her own way. That's why I stopped answering her threads. I knew she wouldn't listen anyway.

I just hope the snake survive her so called responsible care.

Well, I was going to quote the posts that I thought were slightly overboard in their accusatory and attacking tones, but when I got 6 posts quoted, and I was only on the top of page 3, I decided to stop.

There are ALOT of posts in here, starting at the bottom of page one, that are quite aggressive in the assertion of an opinion. And what makes it worse is that the opinions are not what the topic is about. They are utterly off-topic, being discussed in another topic, and aggressive and accusatory in nature.

And the funny part is...in the topic that was actually ABOUT cohabitation from this person, she stated that she had every intention of separating the 2 snakes just as soon as possible. Yet people didn't care about that, so long as they were allowed to spew their "opinions" and assert their own ideas into the wrong conversation.

The problem is not so much that people want to offer advice and opinions. The problem is that people formed a gang and voiced one common OPINION as if it were a rock solid FACT and did so in an aggressive manner. Meanwhile, not one of them acknowledged that what they were stating was indeed only ONE way to care for cornsnakes, and that through proper research and preparation, there ARE other successful methods.

And since what was being discussed was PURELY a matter of OPINION, there was absolutely no reason for the posts to be as assertive and aggressive as SOME of them were.

Of course...this is merely and opinion. Your mileage may, and probably will, vary...

. . . especially depending on whether you put a male and female together, or two females . . . :sidestep: :grin01:

Oh my God. I have to stop! People are trying to be SERIOUS here! :sidestep:

Yes you do! That's enough beverages spilt on my key board for one thread! :grin01:

Sorry Lil. I really couldn't help myself. It was a wide open door with a gilt, personally delivered invitation and an escort. :shrugs: I've heard you can take the keys off and clean the inside of your keyboard . . . If it's really ruined, I'll send you money for a replacement by paypal. ;)

I'm probably going to regret this, hang on, (puts cup down), it was nothing that couldn't be mopped up :sidestep:

And COMPLETELY :-offtopic here..............My middle son has a new part-time job in a bakery. After meetig his (cute) gay manager, he comes home and tells me I should tell a couple of my gay male friends, because he's sure they'd like him! Somehow even I didn't expect him to be matchmaking for his 'honorary extra dads'!

and I thought _I_ was pushing it! It's just an MYTH, the English being all proper and prude and whatnot! :roflmao: Oh, man. That was hilarious. And on that note, I'm off to bed. It's somehow gotten to be 1:20 my time! I have to teach tomorrow! :wavey:

TOO FUNNY! Cohabbing 2 females has worked fine in my house...i'm not complaining...nope not in the least....but i've noticed that 2 males cohabbing can get dramatic....so many issues....or maybe it's just my friends...they are quite nutty.

I've learned to not be drinking while reading this forum....although sometimes I could use a good cold Guinness now and then....

:-offtopic I noticed the other day that my 6 pack of Guinness was brewed in Canada?!? whats up with that? or maybe it's just bottled in Canada...
