Yeah, if they can breed they will. When I first joined the forum we had 3 co-habed and ended up with eggs. We thought they were all the same sex and according to the info at the local pet stores, national chains none the less, corns are communal and can be kept together. Upon joining I was told the same things that has already been posted and promptly got plastic bins to separate them and over time have gotten glass tanks for them. 2 of our snakes dispositions stayed pretty much the same, our 2 male snakes. Bela, our female, on the other hand became rather aggressive in her own viv. We've been working with her a lot over the last year and she's calmed but at first you couldn't reach into her viv without her striking your hand. So be prepared to spend some time working with one or both as their attitude could change once in their own viv's. It may not, but it could.
