need to know if this can be classified as piedside(i mean low white) as i dont know its sire & dam...

I would not consider that a P/S. White belly color leaking up the sides like you see on your animal is normal in that morph. A nice looking Diffused/Bloodred though.

Yep, normal blood. Most have some degree of white leaking up the sides. It is a very pretty blood red! Just not a pied side.
 
This is a bloodred I have here. She's got some white leaking up, but I would not consider her pied at all. Still- I'd be interested to see what she's produce when paired with a pied!
