She's so adorable, even if she is tiny :3 I hope she's a good eater... I really hope so. I've only got a 72 hour guarantee so... blah. BUT there was poop in her bowl, so she MUST'VE eaten sometime, right??
Anyways, that's the Lady :3

AND THE GLOVE IS FOR HER BENEFIT, NOT MINE, LOL. She HATED being on my hand for some reason o_O Less grip? I don't know. She has NO skills whatsoever, LOL. She's TERRIBLE at holding on to me, she's already fallen off a couple of times (luckily, we were sitting down, so she fell very little distance).
 
Very pretty! Love the iridescence! Like the name too. Those are also on my want list. Sigh. Down the road.
 
Thank you guys ^_^ Does anyone have any idea the size a AHS should be when a year old...? To me, she just seems TINY for a yearling. Although if she's a MALE then I might be able to believe. And if she is... LOL. Bad name.
 
nope...not tiny at all. They are really small hatchlings! Our girl is much smaller and is about 6 months or so.
 
That's amazing... They're so tiny compared to corns! I just can't understand it! But it's nice to have confirmation. I've been freaking out, wondering if she might be sick or something. Now I'm curious as to what they look like when they're just itty bitty hatchlings, though... so off to explore the wonderful web.
 
Just a quick update for her..... She got a name change, and is now Lady Dai. The Dai part is because her tail reminds me of a male's tail, so I thought I'd have backup, lol. I took off the gloves! I swear! She's such an amazing sweetheart. She's a picky eater, though, and has only eaten 3 times since I got her, refusing twice :S I found out she doesn't like her mice warmed up in water. And she can't be watched, but it has to be bright, lol. She's unique, I guess.

There ya go :) She's shed once for me (the week after I got her), and now that she's eating, hopefully she'll start growing up nice and big for me ^_^ I can't wait. She's so gorgeous, and by far (I'm so sorry, Aris and Spitz) my favorite. Thanks for looking!
 
Oh my, she is a gorgeous little thing! I love her. :) I almost....aaaalmost bought an AHS at the WRE today, but I decided against it. If it is still there when I go back tomorrow, I may have to take a second look. ;) Congrats on your really beautiful Lady.

You saw one there? Do you get it? I was looking for them but didn't see any. But I got there late on Sat. & had to go through really fast & then didn't get to go back on Sun.

LLL Reptiles had one, but that is the only one that I saw there. I took a closer look at it, but it looked a little odd to me. Maybe it just needed some water, I'm not sure, but in the end I decided against getting it and stuck to my "no more snakes" rule. Instead....I brought home a pair of baby Crested Geckos. :grin01:
 
They're all so beautiful! I have to admit, the darker tones of Housies have really converted me from a corn lover. I'd LOVE to get an amel someday, they're so pretty :) Thank you for showing your pictures! Now I can't wait for my little girl to grow up!

Last of all, I attempted a light box... Lady was NOT pleased. She hid until the paper a couple of times, and didn't like sitting still. But I thought this picture was kind of cute :)
