Light Box Shenanigans!

AshleyShadows

It piss me so bad.
Due to an inspiration set forth by a few members here, I decided to make a light box to take pictures of my babies. I constructed it using an open-ended box covered in white poster board. I cut a huge hole out of the top, and I used two light sources.

So right I as get ready to take pictures of my first subject, but camera decides that it's stupid, so I'm sending it to hell. Luckily, Jessica (jlindp) comes through the front door and happens to have her camera with her. So a big thank you, Jessica, for taking pictures of my beautiful babies.

I know, I know. tl;dr. Enjoy!

First up, my '08 SMR blizzard, Jimmy. (Progression: http://www.cornsnakes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=91595)

Thanks everyone! We sure had fun!

And thank thank thank y'all for the compliments on Abel! I've worked so hard to keep him healthy and happy (definitely not an easy task)!

Good to see at least some of the Aggies on here have time to get a photoshoot in! I've had 8 new snakes since September and I don't have a picture of a single one of them lol. Great pics and I love the basilisk!

Absolutely! And I'd like to get some pictures of Isolde as well before she goes to live with Thomas.

My next thought was that we could do it with Ramses and Laika too, but...

This is actually my LAST week in College Station (Graduation, Whoop!) but I have two different dSLR bodies, a few studio lights, and a couple of different lenses if a few of you Aggies wanted to try and get a shoot together over dead days. I don't have any tests until Monday so I have a little bit of freedom this week. Just a suggestion and an offer I guess. PM me or give me a call and let me know 936.520.1945

Gig 'Em

I don't mean to hijack the thread and if it bothers you, feel free to verbally slap me around, but...

I've already gotten one response from a fellow Aggie and if any more who spoke up on here are interested in doing a shoot sometime this week I'm offering up the use of my cameras, lighting equipment, and lenses for a collaborative photoshoot during dead week. Trying to get it going for maybe tomorrow evening or Thursday morning sometime. PM, email, call, text, or FB me and we'll all get together and figure it out. Could be a fun time!

Haha yeah she's definitely a cobra ;D

And Jessica told me that's she'd talked to you. I'm going to let her handle the details of it, and I'll probably tag along. I assume I'm allowed to bring a scaly kid or two, is that correct? And congrats on graduating!
